The Yaghi group has recently authored an accepted perspective paper in the Journal of the American Chemical Society (Impact Factor: 12.113) titled, "Covalent Chemistry Beyond Molecules" (DOI: 10.1021/jacs.5b10666) that was financially supported by KACST. Congratulations to KACST and the Yaghi group!

Prof. Ahmad S. Alshammari, Co-Director of the KACST-UC Berkeley Center of Excellence on Nanomaterials for Clean Energy Application, has arrived to the Yaghi Group at Berkeley. Prof. Alshammari will begin work on developing new metal-organic frameworks that function as heterogeneous catalysts for petrochemically relevant processes. If you would like to set up a time to discuss science with him, he can be reached by email (aalshammari@berkeley.edu)

Welcome back Ahmad!
